Yasini Jewelers provides UPS shipping for orders shipped in the USA. Prices vary based on items, weight and insurance cost per each order. Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally. To ensure a secure delivery of your order, Yasini Jewelers does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
Yasini.com does not accept any returns on items purchased online. There is an exchange only policy available up to 7 days from purchase date.
No returns or refunds. Exchange only, within 14 days with prior authorization for likewise & same class of jewelry. We do not exchange with coins or bullion. All sales are final. Yasini Jewelers gladly accepts Exchange made within 7 days of delivery. Jewelry pieces that have been sized or custom ordered cannot be exchanged or refunded. Sizes of online jewelry pictures are not exact. Jewelry pieces may be out of stock and may be able to be reordered. Prices are subject to change due to gold market price.
If you need to exchange your purchased item(s), you must only use Yasini shipping return slip from Yasini.com. If you require a new shipping return slip, please call us 800-667-2220 and we will provide one for you.
For each address within the United States, the following UPS shipping methods are available: Ground shipping (allow 3-7 business days). Express shipping (allow 2-3 business days). Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee. Orders placed before 1pm EST Monday through Friday will be delivered on the following day; not including Saturdays, where Saturday Delivery Service is not available. Sunday and Holiday delivery is not available. Next Day Delivery is not offered for watches or engraved items.
Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery of machine engraved items and an additional 8-10 days for delivery of monogrammed and hand engraved items.

WE MAY AMEND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM(S) THAT WE RECEIVE FOLLOWING AN INSPECTION BY THE JEWELER AND/OR GEMOLOGIST. WE SHALL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INCORRECT IDENTIFICATION/DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEMS THAT WE RECEIVE. CUSTOMERS WILL ACCEPT ALL RISKS IN REGARDS TO REPAIRS ON ANTIQUE ITEMS.
